Dr. Gary Enker has been honored by the White House and former president of the United States, Bill Clinton in 1996 for his devotion and work helping under-privileged people receive eyecare.

Dr. Enker was nominated by 20/20 magazine as 1 (and the only one in the entire state of Florida) of 16 optometry and opticianary practices in the entire country as retailer of the year for 1996.

Over 15 Years Experience and Over 20,000 Exams. An Eye doctor specializing in the diagnosis, treatment and management of disorders and diseases of the eye and associated structures. Dr. Enker’s interests are in specialty Contact Lenses and treatment of difficult and long standing eye problems.
Dr. Gary Enker was born on Long Island, NY, and raised in Westchester County, NY. His undergraduate studies included a Psychology / Pre-Med major at Ithaca College, where he graduated at the top of his class. Dr. Enker went on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia PA, a four year graduate college emphasizing medical as well as ocular training
